I wasn't quite happy with the lack of frills on my Limited, so I installed the EIP (enhanced interrogation package). If I told you what it consists of I'd have to, you know.......

the decals are vinyl and come off without damage. cost $50 for 2.

At the price for the decals they do qualify as the enhancement! Are you planning to offer this upgrade commercially?

On the 24 DVD set for season 5, there is an bonus scene of Jack being rescued from a Chinese prison. He and his rescuers escape in a silver RAV4 Limited! Here is a crappy quality copy from Youtube:

The decals are from signspecialist.com They will make anything. The font I used was "fancy" they have many or you can supply a font file or artwork. Delivery was fast and quality is great.

I consider them art, and like jewelry, something to wear until I get tired of them then take them off. I also wonder in today's troubled times, WWJBD?

As for selling the classified equipment I'm pretty sure CTU would not approve.
