Default Finding a dealer to lease from - First car

Any recommendations on how to spot a good, or bad, car dealership?

Because I filled a form in Truecar I have 4 dealers already contacting me, but not finding many reviews on any of them so for all I know I could be looking at the four worst dealerships in the whole area and I would not be the wiser.

Are there any questions that can be asked that would help separate the good from the bad?

Already trying to ask in a area specific forum, but wondering if there are some questions I could use to weed out the bad, or find the good.

As my first car, looking for a dealer that will be there in the likely case I will need help... first car.

Getting reliable info on dealers can be a problem. Besides forums, for what it's worth asking the BBB (in my experience not always a good source of info), or PA may have a state web site which displays complaints about auto dealers. Sometimes the state AAA may have some info as well. The two Toyota dealers' service departments I've dealt with in OR are questionable, but I only learned through first hand experience.

From all the research I am doing, it seems common that dealers' service departments are not very good.

So I guess I am looking for a dealer and an authorized service center.
