Moodus on Youtube made a video showing what the pedestrian warning noise on the 2016 RAV4 HV sounds like (there's more to the video but 2:45 is where he does the test in his garage). Just be warned if you turn your volume up his outro starts at 3:18 and is really loud compared to the ped warning noise.

Brake noise when stopping

I also have a 2016 R4HLtd. I noticed brake noise when it finally got cold here in south Texas. The noise always occurred when stopping, right when the vehicle came to a complete stop, and I let my foot off of the brake pedal. It sounds like a vibration noise from the rotors/calipers in the front, right when the calipers start to let go of the rotor. This noise doesn't happen when it is warmer.
