Thanks to this informative forum, I'm glad I purchased my '12 RAV4 V6. After purchase I've did alot of research on the accessories available on the 2012 and added most of them over the past couple of months. Looking at the 2013 I was surprised at the lack of OEM accessories available. Maybe because it's a new model, but after looking at what's available for my dad's new 4Runner, it appears this may be the new standard. It's a shame as I enjoyed making my car my own. Surprisingly the CRV has a large amount of add-on options...guess that's one thing Toyota didn't copy.
Notably missing to me, the chrome exhaust tip, and a trailer hitch (even the CRV has an available 1.5 one). Also the rear multimedia system granted it was over priced, but you would think it would be one of those "nice" things to try and get a family to buy.
Here's a list of items below:
Alloy Wheel Locks
Body Side Moldings
Door Edge Guards
Paint Protection Film
Roof Rack Cross Bars - these aren't sold with the rails
Roof Rack Side Rails
All-Weather Floor Mats
Cargo Net - Envelope

Cargo Net Hammock - is this really that popular that they kept it??
Carpet Floor Mats
Emergency Assistance Kit
First Aid Kit
Front Floor Lighting Kit - you would think this would come with the limited
Remote Engine Starter - wonder if it still shuts off when you unlock the door
Shift Knob - I hope this is just an upgraded one
