They fit, but need spacers up front to clear the brakes. Good ride still and much better stance.
edit: more info below.
stock wheels/tires:
- XLE : 17 x 7" 225/65/17 = 28.52 tire diameter
- Limited : 18 x 7.5" 235/55/18 = 28.18 tire diameter
- Highlander : 19 x 7.5" 245/55/19 = 29.61 tire diameter (5% speedo error slower)
Wheel hub: 5x114.3 • Center Bore: 60.1 • (use at least 3mm hubcentric spacer to clear front brakes)

looks great. you can also get the 20 inch venza rims for an even more OEM upgrade

question: measurement of the spacers did you use it?
only spacers in front wheels? rears as well? tire size did you use it? oem highlander 245/55R19?

I used 5mm spacers on both front and back (rears weren't needed but I wanted neutral handling/track). I used oem highlander tires since I bought them with it.

Similar, maybe slightly better. I do notice that acceleration has taken a very slight hit (heavier), as well as mileage, but still worth it imho. The visibility has improved too, since it is slightly higher.
