I'm pretty sure the part number is this:
PZ415-X1991-ZA

As always, check with your dealership first to be certain.

EDIT: ZA -> Black
ZB -> Chrome

Does anyone know anything about pre-facelift and facelift rear light guards? I've seen some with three horizontal bars and some with four, I'll try and find photos.
