Default i need help

my 1995 rav4 shut off while i am driving,when i check the ignition and radio fuse are blow the ignition is a 7.5 amp and radio is 15 amp, can anyone help me to fix this problem.

Well, first off: replace both fuses and check what happens.
It is possible that fixes the problem, but more likely there is a short in the electrical system somewhere.
You will have to open the hood and check visually the entire engine bay for burned wires, leaks and other abnormalities. If the car doesn't start up anymore, a video of you trying to do that with sound would help get a grasp of what is happening. Preferably the video should be taken with the hood open so it is better possible to hear what the engine is doing.

Since you give so little information, please try and be more elaborate.
Also adding pictures from the engine bay and the fuse box might help to get a clue what might be going on.
