Does the airbag deployment disable the RAV so that it won't run until the airbags have been replaced?

I have driven my Rav4 with the airbags disconnected so I don't think that's a requirement to start it. I would start by checking all fuses *under the hood and in the kick panel*. It does not take much to short out a wire to the frame and trip an important fuse. If they are all good I would check the connections to the ECU and the wire to the battery. Sometimes if they are corroded they will break inside the lug. |

Kaled,
Look at the starter motor wires on the starter for damage. They are in just the wrong place for front impact. The last two front impact crashes with the RAV4 I had to repair the starter wires and the starter. They were hit buy the fan shroud when the front end was hit. Dan Reed |

Ok I finally Found the problem and it didn't start because the cables of the switch got disconnected 'cause the accident I connected the Battery and the starter Direct and it Started that was the problem. Thanks guys for the help.
