Default Need help - Fuel pump problem - Seeking experties

Hi Sir's and Mesdames, I'm a newbie and seeking for any advice/feedback regarding my replaced Fuel Pump.

I have a RAV4-2005 and unable to start the engine i did the basic steps i l know (test relay, fuse, electricity etc.) to check the dilemma and later foud out that i had a bad fuel pump. And then I replaced the fuel pump and successfully get to start my engine but im worried because the fuel pump i replaced it with is a little bit longer (and technically i don't even know it's PSI or what ever i should know about RAV4's fuel pump) the difference from the OEM fuel pump is about 5mm-7mm longer than it use to be and i had to force the buttom cover (i dont know what is it called but from the way i see it over the net it is a SUPPORT FUEL SUCTION, not sure tough) i would like to know if it'll have any implication with the performance nor damage my engine?

Thank you very much in advance and my apologies for my bad english.

Regards...

Default Solved - Fuel Pump

To date i was able to replace the fuel pump with an OEM part to settle my worries once and for all, in addition i asked the store manager regarding the fuel pump i replaced with OEM as to them that fuel pump is for CAMRY 2.4.

Again my apologies for my bad English.

Regards

I doubt there was any problem now that we know it was for a Camry but it's worth the peace of mind to be sure with the correct pump.
