Cool Rav4 Newbie, Intro + Questions

Hello, all! My name is Randy, I am a new owner of a 2005 Rav4 L, and I am not very familiar with modding Toyotas at all (I did mod my Oldsmobile Alero a little bit, but it died about a year ago and I was driving my wife's 2009 Corolla LE until I got my Rav.) I work 2nd Shift...so no evening posts from me...lol

I call my Rav "The Punisher". there's a couple reasons...first and foremost, I like the comic character and I had floormats with the Punisher skull on them, so they are in! Next, the wife has been complaining about how the Corolla was too small for the family (2 kids, her and I) and she wanted a small SUV to accommodate. we're going through the divorce process right now....she kicked me out, so I got MYSELF the small SUV.

My Rav4 is black, and I plan on going through with the Punisher "theme" and getting bumper guards, tail light guards, rail boards, etc. you know, the bad ass stuff gonna make it the War Van lol...

questions: The rear wiper doesn't sweep, and I don't know if it's a fuse or the wiper motor. I can't find a fusebox besides the one that is under the hood on the driver's side. Where can I find the fuse so I can check that?

Rear wiper fluid just drips out instead of spraying. Is it supposed to do that, or is that another problem? And is there a separate reservoir for the rear wiper fluid?

first thing i would try is disconnect the wiring from the motor and put a multimeter across the pins on the motor and check the wiring, if you get a reading its good, if the meter reads the same as when its not connected its the motor, it is possibly the relay but unlikely, the other possibility is the contacts on the stalk are dirty (i've had that problem on other vehicles in the past) as far as i know you cant take the stalk to pieces easily so if the changing the relay doesnt work then its a new stalk jobby, as for the washer jet it is likely to be a blocked jet, clearing it with a pin usually works or a slim possibility of a split in the pipe where it runs into the back door causing it to take in air this is diagnosed by either air bubbles or intermittent dripping
