Hi all
I am a complete noob so i apologise for the easy questions!
Is it ok to refill oil and break fluids with good quality brands to previous bad quality? Or do i need to perform a flush?
I am in Cambodia and have just bought a rav 4 2002 so i feel i will need the help of this forum alot in the future.
Thanks for any help or advice

Welcome! If your oil and brake fluid should be changed according to Toyota's maintenance schedule or are dirty or contaminated the oil should be drained and the brake fluid should be flushed and entirely new, good quality oil and brake fluid should be used. Also the oil filter has to be changed and replaced when the oil is replaced. But if the oil and brake fluid which are now in your RAV do not need to be changed but instead just need to be topped up then they should be topped up with good quality oil and brake fluid.
