Default Timing Belt Noise [oops... meant serpentine belt]

My dad helped me to replace the Timing Belt on my 2004 Rav and I bought one from O'Reilly's. This belt was different in that it had alligator teeth instead of a basic solid belt. Now, it makes a squeaky noise from the time I turn it on to when I turn it off. Sometimes it's a lot more noticeable when I rev the engine up. I am sure its the belt, anyone know why?

Thanks!

the 04 has a timing chain, you probably replaced the serpentine belt. If it is squeeling, it is either too loose, too tight, pulley's are not aligned, or it could be the wrong belt (too long, too short, or the rib spacing is off).

What was the manufacturer/model of the belt you bought?

Yeah you're right about it being the serpentine belt, thanks for the clear up. The brand is Master Pro, model K070763 - 7K763, 15/16" - 76 7/8" OC is the size. Any ideas? Thanks
