sunvisor [how to tighten?]

my driver's side sunvisor is kinda loose, it's always falling down. do you guys have a remedy for this dilema? is there a way to tighten this thingy? there are two philips screw on the right side of the visor but i don't think tightening it will solve the problem. thanks

My driver's side visor is the same way. Hangs about an inch from the roofline. I noted this on a Toyota quality control survey that I received via email last week. I don't think tightening the screws will do it. It is loose inside where the visor rod attaches to the flat visor itself. The screws that keep the visor attached to the roof is fine.
