2001 Rav4 A/C blower won't work

I have replaced the resistor, the relay and the blower and it still doesn't work 99% of the time. for some reason, it will come on periodically and run a few seconds and shut off again. What else needs to be fixed? this is extremely annoying.

thanks,

About the only part you haven't thrown at it is the switch!
But you do have a spare motor, resistor & relay.

Never heard of such a thing. Probably a more expensive name than a heater/AC blower switch. You may find the switch connector somewhat melted. If so you may have to replace some pins.

Okay, now the blower is running ~50% of the time, randomly comes on and shuts off. new relay, new resistor, new blower. ???? Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? thanks,

BTW, the switch is not available from Toyota, you have to buy the entire dash control unit with all three switches. and replacing the entire dash control unit is not fun. so, blower now runs ~50% of the time (switched on 100% of the time). Looks like the new parts did make an improvment, but, this is still frustrating that the blower doesn't run 100% when it is turned on.
