Our 04 Rav4 with 29000 miles on the clock has developed a hum/vibration when driving on a curve (the same sound on left and right curves). Wheel bearing?????

Visually speaking, how do the tires look? Any chance they're dry-rotted? Super low miles for that year so it was the first thing that came to mind...

New tires were put on a couple years ago. Not very much wear on them. There is a hum/slight vibration on both right and left curves on acceleration. When I straighten the wheel the hum/vibration is gone.
