indicator bleeping ?

hello newbie here so go gentle please !!
i have a rav 4 2003 manual diesel d4d
when i indicate right i get a bleeping in sinc with the indicator, this also happens when i alarm the car ( lock)

its started doing this today, i have had the car for 4 years and this has never happened , has anyone experienced this before ?

do you have a tow bar fitted if so there is a possibility that the beeper for the trailer lights is shorting(Broken wire ( the bleeper is fitted to let you know the trailer indicators are working but should only beep with trailer conneted))
