2009 Limited V6 AWD Red 4 sale: NJ low miles

Selling my Rav4 that I got in 2009, right off the showroom floor. No issues, no accidents, adult owned and garage kept. Power everything. 33,800 miles.

Major features are:

Factory tow package with factory wiring harness and hitch (yes, it will tow 3500 lbs!)
Auto Dual AC
Factory back up camera
JBL Premium sound system
Power heated leather seats
Factory all weather floor mats
Bluetooth voice activation/phone connection
Barcelona Red w/beige & black interior

Just installed new Michelin Green X all season tires (over $800 installed). Quieter ride and increased highway millage by 3mpg!

Basically every option except the 3rd row seats.

Sticker price was over $31,500
Dealer used retail price: $24,068
KBB private sale value is $23,400

Asking $20,200

Note, willing to split a 3-year/50K extended warranty with the buyer. Cost about $439 through Toyota (Action Toyota in MA has the best price)

Not like a Toyota actually needs it, but for piece of mind.

Good idea, but FYI, you can get a 6yr / 75k Toyota Platinum warranty for $479 from Jerry Johnson at Midwest Toyota:

Yea, I've seen his prices online as well. Somewhere on his site is a chart with all of the costs based on years and millage. Really doesn't add much to the price to go higher than 3 yrs/50K.

I'd really like to sell this before the end of the year to avoid the January Payment. I can go as low as $19,500, which is about the trade in value of the car.

Anything less, and I'll have to pay out.

Two dealers have the same exact car for sale with similar miles, and no factory hitch/harness or new tires. Both are selling for $23,900.
