I'm new to the site. I have recently become interested in purchasing a 2005 Rav4. Hoping to find one that's manual transmission with relatively low km's when the time comes to retire my 98 1.6 EL.

Welcome to the Forum!!
Just curious, what kind of mileage do you get with your 1.6L engine?. And with that, do you drive more on the lead foot side, or more on the conservative side?

I tracked my fuel consumption on fuelly.com for 3000 km last year. I averaged 7.7L/100km with a generic aftermarket muffler. I'd say I'm a bit more on the conservative side and drove as much highway as local roads...
