Default Virus on forum?

Today I have been getting this messages whenever I open a page on the forum.

It's the first time I have seen it, it blocks the access of the page, sometimes it gets me to see it but it tells me that it blocked some troyan virus.

I would get rid of Kapersky, and do the testing yourself. Then check again if it really isn't your own computer having issues. If the issue persists, use Sysinternals Process Explorer (very small program which displays all active processes on your computer, and every detail there is to know about them) and see if you can track any viruses on your computer (requires a bit of technical interest).
You can locate any malware on your computer with it, shut it down. Some however are hard to exterminate. For that you may need to do some googling to find a cure.

Kaspersky is really best of the best, and after some reserach it seems some ads on the forum seem to be (or kaspersky believes) that they are infected. All other pages are fine, did virus scan all is good.

I am getting similar messages about trojans using Norton. Periodic issues. A few days ago and today but not yesterday.

That does not seem like good advice. Disable your security, and then search for a virus... and if you have a virus, shut down what? The virus? That is not so easy. Shut down your computer? Most people are not going to be good at debugging and removing a virus. Those few that are would be better to do their testing in a virtual machine would be the thing to do. Searching first makes much more sense, I think. "trojan.script.iframer" - Google Search

Maybe its a false positive. But what if it is not? Heuristic detection is not identifying a "signature", but rather is identifying a suspicious action, I think.

I have most of that javascript stuff related to ads filtered out using AdBlock Plus. No problems reported by Symantec Endpoint Protection.

AdBlock Plus here too. Almost anything new I bring up has a little "Block?' tab added.

If you consider a program going very generic in searching with usually outdated information a protection on your machine, perhaps you should think again.

It's a false safety you get from those 'virus' killers and they warn you, usually for nothing, to keep you into using things you don't need.

The settings on your operating system should be set right, which is done automatically by microsoft after window XP service pack 3 and better. If you have that operating system or better you will have to manually agree to download files/ install it.
Offcourse many a site want to make you believe there are thousands, even millions of spooky creepy viruses which can really take over your entire computer and aaaaaaaaah... turn you into a zombie.
But the fact is that with a little bit of knowledge you can prevent a lot yourself. So don't yust follow what a commercial party tells you, think for yourself, do some homework, know what you are talking about and voila, you don't need that virus scanner anymore because you soon will be able to specifically see yourself if there is something to worry about.

The program i recommend is doing yust that. Inform those who have done a little bit of homework and want to know their computer good. They can act if something out of the ordinary happens and that, ALWAYS, is better then a generic program.
