How do you pass emissions scan for state inspections with a PNP?

I pass it without any problems...sometimes. Any thing a cool $20.00 under the table won't resolve.

Seriously, I can pass it, I just have to dry the setting and run it for some time before going into the computer.

Not around my area Jazzy. Lol. I understand Mensa, but you also still have a factory ecu correct just with the addition of the AFC correct?
