Hello Everyone,
I have looked on this site a lot for the answer to this question and I can see that it has been discussed but all the pictures detailing it have been removed I am trying to hook my amp to the battery, but I can't find a way to get from the interior of the car to under the hood. I can find where the wires are going through a rubber hole, into a rubber tube under the hood, but I am not sure how to get my wire through there? I have also found some places that I may need to create my own hole in the metal. Any help would be immensely appreciated! I can post pics. Thank you |

I used the rubber firewall grommet that is up behind the glove box. You'll have to take an exacto knife, or something of the sort, and cut a small slit in the grommet to slip the wire through.

There is an un used rubber plug on the drivers side. I would use it rather than the big rubber boot behind the glove box. I pushed a wire through the boot behind the glove box where the hose for rear washer fluid sprayer goes through and in the process that boot became a source for water to get in.
