Rear Wiper Problems...

Recently my rear wiper stopped working. I go to turn it on, hear a small click, and nothing happens. I didnt hit it or anything. My thoughts are maybe the motor blew? Or a have a short somewhere? I need help, I didnt realize how much I use this until it stopped working!

You might check for a blown fuse. I don't know which one the rear wiper uses but there are other threads and documents here that show the fuse panels.

Long live the RAV4 V6!

If the fuse is ok, pull the trim off to get to the wiper motor, remove the plug, and see if it is getting power when you use the switch, if it isn't then there may be an issue with the switch itself

Looks like the fuse for the rear is the same as the front. If the front wipers work then its not the fuse. There could be a relay that send power to the rear wiper motor. I would follow coullsy's advise.

Reviving this thread.... I've been very busy and finally found the info on popping off the back panel to access the motor. Will keep you guys updated on any progress made.
