How do you change the rear license plate bulb?

I know this sounds stupid but how do you change the license plate bulb on back of the Rav4? does anyone have any pictures or instructions? Thank you everyone in advance.

If it is burned out within the first year I would think it would be covered under warranty. Might call your dealer to find out. Should be a while you wait thing if it is.

Thanks Summerwind. Actually the light is not out. I am trying to change it with a 194 LED bulb.

Page 390 of your owners manual shows you how. looks like there is a slot for a flathead screwdriver at one end of the assembly

198? i thought it was 168 for the license plate bulb? I am lookin to change mine to super white too
