Has anyone else noticed the 2 blind spots in the back of the 2007/6?

drive the fordedge, and then come back and tell me there is a "blind spot". This car relatively speaking has none.

I have learned to be very, very careful when I back up. Here's a trick for adjusting the driver's side side-view mirror that really works: Put your head against the window (make sure it's closed first ) and move the mirror outward until you can barely see the side of the car. When you do this, you'll find that when vehicles to your left disappear from your rear-view mirror, they show up in your side-view mirror -- before you would see them yourself at the edge of your normal vision. This virtually eliminates the blind spot to your left. Of course, you still have to remember to look ...

like aptos said,, if the mirrors are correctly adusted there are no blind slots. You should never be able to see the side of the car IN your rearview mirrors. Thats a waste of mirror space. If you do have em adusted so that they are doing the most by NOT wasting looking at the side of your car, you wil be fine. Most people have em adjusted incorrectly...
