Optima Red Top
First got one for my Isuzu Amigo when I lived in Las Vegas. Previous DieHard cracked open due to the heat. Got Optima after talking to friends who off-roaded and used it due to reliability, didn't fail/bulge/crack due to the heat, and it's spill proof for those who occasionally rolled their ride. Ever since then that's all I'll get, never been disappointed. Even had it for the Skyline which was nice because I could mount it in the trunk and not worry about fumes.

Ditto, they are the best batteries, had one in our truck and it could sit for weeks and still start right up.

What's wrong with the one we have? When I had to go to Korea for a month, my Rav just sat there in the cold nights and hot days of Georgia and it still started no problem. I even auto-started it!

Well it looks like there have been issue with the battery not passing load tests.

At 33 months, the dealer warned me that my battery was going. I got it tested elsewhere, and it's only producing 58% of the CCA it's supposed to. I wonder...how many amps does it really take to start a V6 RAV?

I've got to do some more price shopping...given the warranty on the Titanium, I can't see spending 2.5x as much on the Optima they had at Advance Auto Parts.

They have them at Costco if you are a member and their prices are pretty decent

Optima Yellow Top. I usually run extra electronics like stereo and HID's. If not, Optima Red gets a vote from me too.

I did the Interstate Mega-Tron Plus MTP-24 and it works fine. I have ton of accessories starting from MSD, so on and so on. With no problems at all.
