I just ordered mine for $28. I got version V7.20.037.

OK, I initially had trouble with the cable not passing the diagnostic test, and it would refuse to connect to the engine ECU. After downloading a new MVCI driver as suggested by 33k, it worked fine. The newer driver (v2.0.1) can be downloaded from this Skydrive site:

I don't think he's changing the actual vehicle mileage, that would be quite illegal. And his RAV4 didn't have 666,666 miles on it to start with.

Exactly. It's just a test mode, and goes back to normal when you're through. Here's another test mode for the display:

Is anyone useing this with a 64 bit computer and windows 7. I sent a question to the seller on ebay but they said they weren't sure it would work.

32bit only.

You option will be using a virtual machine, or XP mode if you have win7 pro.
