My cluster instrument dashboard lights for ABS and VSC are burned as they never lit

Those lights are tiny LED's soldered on a circuit board. Not easy to change unless you have very good soldering skills. How do you know they are burned out?

If you bought the RAV4 used, you might want to use the Techstream software to look for codes that the lights could have revealed.

There is a very small chance that a LED has burnt out, and almost zero chance that two of them have burnt out.

How about the LSD, SLIP, and Downhill assist lights, are these working. These lights are all driven by the same LED Driver circuit, which is more likely to go defective than two LED's.

In section 2-2 of the Owner's manual (page 160, 161 in the 2009 manual) there is an asterisk next to each indicator light discription for the lights that should turn on during the lamp test (ignition on). You might check for others that do not work.

It happened to me in Corolla. Lights on LED went kaput. I was surprised myself, but it happens.

Guys the only lights coming when Ignition is ON are:
brake, LSD, Maint record, Oil , battery, Door, P/S,
No ABS, No Washer fluid, No VSC.

Nope, I learned to live without it. Corolla has auto lights, so not so crucial to have.
