Offer for a 2012 - fair?

Here's my background: Negotiation Advice Needed -- Used 2011 Model

After a lot of haggling, the best offer I received on a 2011 FWD Rav with a dent was $12.6K ($22.1K with a $9.5K trade-in). I was also offered a 2012 FWD for $13.5K ($23K with a $9.5K trade-in). How does the offer look for a 2012? I'm going to shop it tomorrow in my area to see if someone can beat it, but I want to check what I have.

Always ask for the out the door price because some dealership likes to add other hidden fees on top. Doc fees is a good one, usually a few hundred or more.

Also is it a certified vehicle because it has a better warranty. To me, i am willing to pay a little more if certified.

Cool -were neighbors grew up in Philly. I have a 2009 same color combo.Oh and don't forget to call Jerry for that extended piece of mind.
