just got a new 2012 limited 4x2 with nav and backup cam

I have some question I cant find out if you can or how to do something....

can you play DVD? or any videos on the nav screen?

how do you setup your email on entunes the button is gray to me.
i look in the book and they talk how to do it but there button is clickable my is not... ( iphone 4s)

do i have to use the USB to use the pandora?

is there a easy way to hook my phone to the car to use pandora/gas finder/weather? it like i have to mess with it for 4 mins to get it to set up each time...

can i put a picture on the splash screen like ( girlfriend,dog,waterfall)

when you hook up your phone can you make it not play your music?

can you see your pictures on your iphone ( 4s) ? i got it to work on a usb flashdrive

dose the heated seats have a higher or low temp on it ?

what amp is the back 110 plug?

Congratulations on your new Rav. and welcome to the forum.

I can't answer any questions about the nav system but the seat heaters are on and off, no adjustment. On a cold morning it takes about 5 minutes to actually heat the cold seat but 10 minutes after that I usually have to turn it off because its too warm. By that time the regular heater is warmed up.

The power outlet is 100 watts or a little less than an amp. It's tough to plug some things in there because of the little flap. Also for a grounded plug you will need an adapter. Hope that helps.

Brockly... You cannot play DVD's through the Nav screen. I guess Toyota attorneys think this would be a safety hazard.

You have to download the Entune app to your smartphone through iTunes. After doing that you will have to set up an account with Entune. Once you have the app on your phone simply launch it then you will be able to stream the information and Pandora through your smartphone. It WILL use data so make sure you have a lot of data available or an unlimited data plan.

You can play music over the Bluetooth, with your newer iPhone and you can also use the USB for iPod or Pandora.

Unfortunately, I have a 1st gen iPhone that will not play music over the Bluetooth and it will not allow me to download the Entune app b/c I don't have the new IOS operating systems.

On my 120v plug the limit is 100 watts and is printed near the plug. That works out to be .83 amps.

Email and Text with your car is not up and she dont know when its going to be online.
2 years in the works and still no update on it... not good

pandora,open table,weather,traffic,movies,bing... she said I have to use the UBS to use those apps.. is she wrong ? i hope...

and she could not find out how to turn off the defalt music player when I hook up the Iphone 4s it play my audio book ALL the time.... drive me nuts
