Default Is there anyway I can track TSBs done on Rav?

My 12 Rav was built in 07/12. Would all TSBs issued prior to July (June) be already incorporated on my RAV or should I not assume that?
How do I know what TSB fixes are in the Rav?

Tsb's are not automtically applied to every car, they are not recalls but technical repair advice for the dealers. if you have a specific issue that the dealer cannot resolve there may be a TSB listed to rectify this, but I would assume the dealer would do this as required, what are you looking for here?

Register at Toyota Owners Official Website: Service Coupons, Owners Manuals, Service Scheduling and More to see what has been done or to see a list of unperformed recalls.

A TSB is not a recall, although some can reference recalls.
