I hope to add to it as I get more data and then contact Toyota. One caution I saw at that site is that Toyota sold off the original, problem, coil packs and that these may turn as cheap after market parts - I think you can tell the newer ones by a metal outer shield and the top part is squared instead of rounded (not confirmed).

In the link that Dr. Dyno posted, for the caution, but I don't remember where I saw the comment about the metal cover. As for the shape difference, I noticed it on a photo someone showed comparing old and new, and I see it in our RAV4:
#2 & #4 (new) have the squared shape on top while #6 (the last old one) is rounded.

From what I've seen, if you have a 2008 then you should be OK (the problems are mostly from 2006 RAV4s, with a few from 2007). Of course, you could be "lucky" and have some early coil packs.
