As usual, does not ship to Canada

What's the TR number on credit card key Junebug? It would suck if someone bought the wrong one.

This could be done by the appliance delivery guy or repairman. It could be done by the babysitter's boyfriend or a neighbor kid.

Then there's the device that can record your remote fob's signal and repeat it. This could be done at any parking lot. They wait for you to go into the store, then open the door and get your address out of the glove box. That way they can break into the car in your driveway at night where there are fewer possible witnesses.

If I were you, I would strongly consider getting an alarm system.
I thought the same thing....someone copied the key. That's why I'm always uneasy with valet parking.

Barrance,

I dont know your situation, whether you have a garage or not? Park in a well lit area? Do you have dogs? that would be the first step, second like previously mentioned, its time for motion lights, an IR camera, and an alarm system. Be warned though, SOME alarm systems can be disarmed with a taser gun, not the kind with the sharp points that go into a persons body, but the ones for close quarter contact. These have been known to disable MOST alarms, including the factory ones. Do the theives know this? I dunno...Also, if you feel your key fob code has been compromised, goto a local dealer, and have them reprogram it. Sometimes small investments go a long way for peace of mind. Good luck!
