Bumper and side mirror help!!!!

Hi I am new to this forum and have some questions about my rav4 v6 2010.
I went out today in this snowstorm and slide into someones mailbox and cracked my front bumper near the the fog light, the fog light just got pushed in and is just stilling inside the bumper. Also last week I just barley touched my garage with the driver side mirror and cracked the housing and broke the glass. I was wondering if someone knew a cheap place to get the bumper since its so hard to find parts for the 2010 model. Also if anyone knows where I could find instructions on how to install the driver side mirror (not just the glass) I have been looking around Google a lot and cant find any.
