Replace stripped rear wheel stud - how do you replace?

I just had new tires put on, and one of the rear wheel studs got stripped. I have a 2WD 2006 Base model, which makes the rear wheel disc different than a 4WD rear wheel disc. Does anyone have an idea how to replace a rear wheel stud? Any of the members have shop manual exploded view diagram that would detail how to replace the studs? I bought a stud at Pep Boys (Northeast USA Automotive store), only $2. But it looks like you have to use a jacking bolt possibly to remove the rotor/hub assembly. Any experience info would be appreciated, Thanks.
(BTW - got the tires at BJ's, and they don't replace stripped studs. Tires are BF Goodrich Long Trail T/A's - and appear to be a slightly taller looking tire than the original Yok's (which I got 83K miles on before replacing)

take off the rotor and punch it out with a clamp, or blocks and a hammer. It's not too hard-shop around for studs though they can be had for cheaper at some parts stores then others.

I want to replace all my damn studs with longer ones-toyotas are notoriously short.

Thanks, but does the rear rotors on a Front wheel drive model come off as easily as the front rotors do?
