Do anyone have information whether that kind of thing exists?
With rear inner fender I mean plastic/fiberglass fender that would follow the form of fender but touching it only in the edge and places it would be bolted on. Naturally there is no original ones, but some hd-pe plastic factory could make such. They would be excellent to avoid stone hits, mud gathering and also soundproofing. So far I haven't found any |

No, as inner fender can not be seen unless looking inside the fender. Some cars have these as standard (front or rear) for some reasons (like Rav4 has in front). And those can be found as spare parts inner fender | eBay
I have though to try form those from plastic myself at summer, if can't find any. |

You local Toyota dealer can get you a set. When I installed the front Spoiler from Bomex. The inner splash cover had to be changed. The dude made a horrible job. He just left them like this. He had to refit them. So I had to buy them and reinstall them cutting then to fit the inner liner of the fender. If I didn't do this, all the lights (signals etc) were going to get a bath every time it rained. Blowing fuse and creating shorts in the front lights.
BTW, I'd love to get a set of front and rear fenders for my RAV4 like the once the Subaru has.

On my '07 there's a splash shield of sorts on the left rear but nothing on the right. Me thinks it might be a guard for the filler neck? Can't imagine why they didn't/coulnd't have put one on the right, also. Might take away some splash noise...

You mean no splash under guard in your rear fender?
