Smile Fog or Driving lights for 2012 Rav4 not from kits.

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has installed PIAA or Hella fog/driving lights in the factory locations.

I have seen all the lights from the kits but was wondering if someone has stepped outside the norm and tried to install a more custom setup.

Was wondering mainly about brackets if I choose this approach and what size diameter light would work...?

Thanks for any help.

I don't think anyone has done it, how about you do it and put up a DIY?

Well I was trying to determine that, which is why I am asking for help. I was hoping someone has thought about this long before me.

Can anyone tell me the type of lamp that comes with those ebay kits? they look generic and for the 100 bucks I would think you could get better set of lights from PIAA/Hella.

Just wondering....

Okay so it seems the only reasonable way to install fog/driving lights is to go with one of these 'kits"

Now there are many kits to choose from, which kit is the best with regards to quality....? any help?

There's a recent post about OEM fog light kits, use the search function and you should find what you're looking for.

Fog Light Kit from Toyota Dealer 2011

I just searched up "Oem fog lights" and this came up. I guess you need better "key" words in your search.

And as I said before "been there done that"

Do you have anything else that actually answers my questions or do I need to do a better search with "key" words.....?

If you follow the link on the first post that will lead you to a oem Toyota kit, oem kit will be the best kit available, what more are you looking for?
