Spare tire for RAV4 SAP

Would a full size spare tire or smaller spare tire fit in the hidden storage area?

According to AVS in this thread, a donut spare tire and wheel from a Honda CVS will not fit in the storage area without modification.

Don't you already have a spare tire?

The Sport Appearance Package comes with four runflat tires, no spare.

Not buying anything right now but I am considering all my options. Might get a v6 in the future. I always discarded the RAV4 SAP because I want a spare tire, especially if you are on a trip/camping. I guess SAP is not for me then. I don't want to have a spare tire in the cargo area since I often fill it to the max during trips.

You could put a spare on the roof during these trips.
