Default HELP!! can't separate lens after baking...

I have a 2011 and I'm trying to do my first retrofit project..
firstly, there are only 2 screws on the back I must remove, right? I removed those 2 screws, put a headlight in the oven at 220 for 15, took out and couldn't pull apart. did it again for another 15 and it still won't pull apart! Any advice?

Did you remove the 3 screws? Did you pry up the black tabs? I used a heat gun and it worked just fine.

There is a screw in each corner (95% sure), use a flashlight if you can't see it. Don't keep it at one spot, move it around the seal continuously and slowly, after a few slow passes try separating the the lens using your prying tool.

Opinion? Why on earth would anyone want to do this? I am at a loss as to why but best of luck since you can't even drive your car......great modification .

It's called a retrofit. I'm adding projectors so I can safely drive with HIDs and increase visibility

Ohhh... I thought maybe you had condensation you were trying to get out of your headlight assembly. You are our first headlight baker, as far as I know. For a bit I thought there were two all of a sudden, but it turned out that was just you starting another thread.
