If the mud flap were alittle bit longer, it might protect more.

Looks good. The ice clump on ours (no Mudflap) begins right at the wheel well arch and extends to mid door. That ends up being a lot of snow/ice on the garage floor.

Will be getting some mudflaps soon.

In our snowy climate, longer front mud flaps would be a good idea. I put some on my 2008 Impreza hand-made locally by a Subaru fan; they were made of fabric reinforced but soft pliable rubber so they would not break and they were extra wide inspired from rally cars. Perhaps I'll add an extension similar to those to the factory installed front ones on my RAV

2012 Sport V6 Classic Silver no option
1999 Lexus RX300 Pearl White base gone
1972 Corolla 1200 Yellow 4 speed manual long gone
Others too many to mention!

As long as the slush won't get to the door. your all right. Once it gets to the door. The door speakers might get wet. You might say; How? don't worry, they will eventually. Just keeps those on, matter of fact. If you can get longer once, do them. Looking at your pictures, they are doing just that. Imagine if you didn't have them?
