For the front guards, do I have to remove these plastic fasteners before screwing the guards in or can I just screw it in through the hole of the plastic fasteners?
Instructions doesnt say anything about removing anything on the front. Edit: Nvm, I just screwed into it. Last edited by Chris; 01-09-2013 at 12:27 PM. |

What about the rear? Seems like the flap has three holes on the inner wheel well face and one underneath. On my car there was only the center hole of the three, and the one underneath. Do I need to drill out the fender for the othe two holes?
I have the same fastening clips in the front. Was having a hard time removing them. Thanks for the tip on just screwing into the clips.

The only tool you should need is a screwdriver. The screw threads into the indent. I did have to buy a weird little screw driver for the back because the tire gets in the way and I didn't want to have to take the tires off (and jack up the car).

Nice. Thanks. I just washed 2mm worth of road grim off the car to get ready for this install. Then the wife takes the RAV out yesterday and plasters the car with winter road grim again.
