no isues, I made this in nov. and use this out in the woods hunting [rough roads], open and closing multi times a day

Just wondering if you put in enough reinforcement in the door to keep the spare in place in a front end collision??.....or will it pull out and come flying forward??
Other than that, a great solution......I'm never comfortable without a spare, having had the rare flat....usually when loaded on a long trip.....
I like the idea of leaving the spare at home when around town, someone could always bring it to you, if needed....

the bracket spreads the load out though a wide area so the tire is not likly to move, remember this is also a compact spare not a full size 235

For those of us uninitiated, where are your mounting points on the interior surface of the SAP door? That black panel is the subwoofer blank plate, held on by four rivets.

great picture!, seams like we used the blank. I will try to get a picture of the bracket up in the next few days
