Over the years I've found the dealers parts departments to be be fairly helpful. You may end up getting a couple in a bag instead of just one but the price hasn't been very high.
Perhaps a call to your dealers parts department will get them to send some thru the post if the dealer isn't close.

Note there are similar but different fasteners that your dealer parts department will have. It is best to take one in to show what you want. Then please post the part number.

If you can't readily get what you need from a Toyota dealer it might be possible to find something which will work in a DIY such as B & Q.. I replaced all of the pop rivets which secure that plastic shroud with better ones from a local hardware store.

If it is for the shroud over the radiator in a newer model Rav4, the part number is 90467-10170-C0.

Amazingly there are instructions in my owner's manual how to take them out. If I had just read the manual first, but then I would not know the part number....

I think they left those instructions out of the 2008 manual. Do they look like this:

Yes. The description in the 2009 manual. I remember being surprised to see that covered.

Just look in any part store for something that will hold the shroud securely. I would not spend too much time finding original parts in this case
