I wonder how much this lift might affect the stability control system? Would it increase the possibility of a rollover in a highway maneuver?

Especially when hard braking and turning!

Plus, id be very worried on the long term damage to the suspension?

higher center of gravity does increase roll over risk, but 2" isn't going to make much of a difference. It also doesn't sound like something that should create any kind of excess wear on the suspension components

First, you are replacing the suspension so you aren't going to have long term damage there. But, as has been said with any change in ride height, your CV joints may have a shorter life, but those are pieces that are not lifetime anyway. Especially if you are planning on going off the paved road.

And please, for everyone here, we drive an SUV...not a corvette. Perspective!

I will have more sets of lift kits available mid-July for anyone else that is interested. The overall height of the Rav is no taller with the lift kit than a Jeep Liberty, respectively speaking. Concerns about roll-over is no more or less than other small SUVs on the market. I am working on a wheel spacer kit that move the tires and wheels to the edge of the fender providing a wider stance which should improve handling.

Default CCC Lift Kit

Can anyone who has installed the kit and kept stock tires report the effect on MPG? Thanks in advance for any data.

Whoa...just saw the update on your site:

Update for 11/20/2012: Due unforeseen complications with operating a business in the automotive industry I had to shutdown operations. Please contact me at the e-mail address below if you have any questions. If you are serious about obtaining a lift kit it is still possible through my manufacturer but it is better to run all questions through me first.
