just before i tell you what was the problem ...

let me tell you that im 34...
im a SYS Admin (been for 15 years)
im 5'8 155 ... 2 child and a pretty fcking cute wives ...
i know fck all about car or mechanic and im not good with my hand ... (construction, cars ... whatnot !)

so the problem was a ROCK between the brake disk and something else !

That's not an uncommon problem. It has been mentioned on this site before.

We have a lot of gravel roads around here so I've seen my share of stones caught in disc brakes. My 03 developed a grinding sound when I hit bumps or had a lot of luggage in the back. That turned out to be a plastic shield over the fuel inlet that had come loose and was touching the tire when the suspension moved up. I don't think the later Rav's have that shield though.
