That intercooler has to go in the front bumper. If you put it on top, you will have to get a Carlos Sains top hood.



It won't fit on top of the engine, unless you get a smaller one. Besides, its more effective up front. But you will need to place a mesh in front of it. One thing, its a small intercooler. In this case, the bigger the better some what applies.

The exhaust looks ok. These kits are universal kits and on the list of cars. I didn't see the RAV4. Which means, once you buy it, your on your own for purposes of the seller. Would I buy it? No. Sometimes our eagerness to have power gets the best of us when it's time to buy. That is just some advice. When your 54, these things have happen to me already But hay, if you are interested and have the money and the know how, tools and place. You would be a first in our forum.

For how much? How much gain did you get? And does the intercooler mount in the front bumper or will I need a hood scope if it is inside.
Also I found these headers and just read it if you dont mind whether it fits? Lol, sorry for too many questions but your the only one I know to talk to about these things.

That is a tricky one. Their was once a company in NC tht sold an entire kit for $3,999.00. But it lasted about two or three years on the net and then it disapered. Toysports also had one. But it was on a money up front, then We'll send for it at Japan. I have a kit with turbo, intercooler, HKS BOV, manifold, oil pan (3SGTE), High performance oil pump (TOGA), and a lot of other stuff. I'll sell you if you want it.

Also do you know where to buy a turbo kit for my 99 rav4? I really want speed.

Hi, where did you get your headers?(If you installed one) i would like to get headers and strut bars for my 99 but i cant find any of them, any suggestions? Pls help, thanks
