I just picked it up and Yes! They said that the gasket was misshaped and they replaced the entire sunroof assembly. Charged me $0. Said they ran a hose over it for an hour and no leaks now. I have not yet taken it to my mechanic to verify, but it looks good. I can't see any water damage in the headliner next to the sunroof. It had been saturated.
They were quite responsive. Good luck!

Wondering if your sunroof was repaired? I have the corners at the tear of the sunroof leaking on my 2012 rav4 as well. So just wondering what the dealership has done to fix it thanks mjones83
