#65 - Don Hines' 1998 RAV4-L 4WD from Pennsylvania with side bars, rear hitch/step bumper and PIAA 1400 Dichroic Fog Lamps. Don had this to say about his fog light installation - "I attached them with the included 3M doublesided adhesive. I put wood shims (held in place with a little adhesive) under the plastic bumper cover to fill the space between the metal bumper and the plastic cover.The whole job took me about an hour and worked out great. The lights have a good tight horizontal pattern and provide a wide spread to light both sides of the road. I drive with them on at all times and don't think they offend oncoming drivers (no one has ever flashed their lights at me). I highly recommend them."
