Kirill Surov's Quicksilver Metallic 1999 RAV4 from Toronto, Canada. It's an automatic 4WD 4-door model with the Value Package C (Canadian terminology) that includes aluminium 5-spoke wheels, wheel locks, wide tires, fender flares, cruise control, ABS, LSD, A/C and color coordinated cladding. Other options include - security alarm system, hard spare tire cover and rubber floor and cargo tray mats. Kirill has not had time to modify it yet, but possible future modifications include - roof rack (factory or Yakima - not decided yet), spare tire bike carrier, Jaos skid plate, PIAA 1500XT fog lights and probably better audio.
