"I own a 1997 Silver RAV4. It has aluminum side bars, fender flares, spare tire cover and storage bags, which all came standard with the car. Exterior modifications include BF Goodrich LT radials, Westin front brush bar, Manik rear tube step/bumper, and roof racks. I have tinted the windows, upgraded the headlamps to the Piaa Superwhites, and done serious work on the sound system. The head unit is an in-dash JVC with CD changer controls. I have four 6 1/2" Rockford Fosgate speakers powered by a polished aluminum Phoenix Gold 400w X 4 channel amp. Also I have added a pair of 12" MTX 4000 subs driven by an enormous 500watt Rockford Fosgate amp. The subs are enclosed in a double bandpass box with three ports on top. All the amps are hidden behind the box, and the wires are neatly tucked under the carpet. If it weren't for the deafening BOOM you'd never know it was modified. Future mods include and Injen polished intake, Jet Chip, clear tail lenses, and clear bumper lenses. I have Eibach lowering springs on order with a complete set of lowered shocks. Also I plan to add a strut tower brace and anti-sway bars."
