You can remove the non xm presets by adding more xm presets. I think there is a minimum number of presets you have to have. It should be in the owner's manual.

Id start at the top and replace 1 with XM and 2 with XM and so on.
Right now i listen to only XM because its free but when my free subscription is up, ill go back to FM so i never bothered worrying about moving XM into the top positions

I don't know if this will help you. I wanted to eliminate my AM & FM radio settings and the only way I could do it was by going into settings and putting it back to factory default. If you do this however, you will have to start from the beginning of adding every device you have working through your Entune system. Some people don't want to be bothered doing this.

Bought my RAV4 LE in August 2015. It's running well.

If you are trying to remove all of the presets except the 2 xm stations you want I think you're sol. When I read my owner's manual there was a section on presets. I think all the positions must have something. Read yours and you should get a better understanding of it.
